There's a comic I haven't read for ages. I have just about all the issues from #6 to #37 somewhere.
A friend bought them for the Star Trek strips and I obtained them later. The Star Trek stories were good, but I was more drawn to the Rom story.

I have only vague recollections of this title. Is the fact that I don't remember anything due to it being 31 years ago or because none of the stories left an impression on me? I don't know, I don't seem to have a problem remembering other titles from 30+ years ago, but I can't remember much about this at all.

The stories left an impression on me. I don't know why it was, and I know it probably shouldn't have, but the Rom story left the biggest impression. I think it was because of the nature of the characters - one who'd sacrificed himself for the greater good and, resigned to his choice, he just gets on and does what needs to be done. The concept of the Wraith as villains (long before DS9 nicked the idea) was also intriguing.
There were other one-off stories in there that ring odd bells, too. Oddly, other than the comic strip version of The Motion Picture, I don't recall too many of the Star Trek stories.
I'll have to dig out those comics and give them an airing. I wish someone would put these old things onto an iPad app or Kindle.
