Can anyone think of any specific issues/stories where superheroes have an adventure in a country other than their own?
Detective Comics No. 590 (1988) saw Batman having an adventure in London. There's been many 60s/70s stories featuring Batman and Robin around the globe, but can't think of any specific issues.
Superman has been around the globe countless times, too many to mention. He's been to many fictional countries, too.
What of The Incredible Hulk? Sure I've seen him in Canada or a South American country, but surely he's been outside the Americas at some point. Anyone?
Getting back to early DC heroes (and early Marvel heroes), many stories took place during WWII so the superheroes helped the Allies fight the Nazis across the globe.
That's all I can think of for now. Well, there's more, but can anyone else think of any good stories set outside the U.S.?

The Rampaging Hulk, Marvel's B&W magazine of the 70s which was reprinted in the early issues of Rampage Monthly was set in 1960s Europe in the gap between Hulk 6 and his return in Tales To Astonish, with the Hulk going worldwide on his travels.

Of course, I actually have some of those issues, but it's been an eternity since I've read them.
