Which superheroes, who haven't already appeared in theatrical movies, would you like to see get their own film? Almost every superhero has appeared in a cartoon or live-action TV - and even in TV movies, too. However, for the purpose of this thread, I want to discuss which heroes deserve a theatrical movie. For me, there are two DC heroes way overdue for a movie. They are Aquaman and Hawkman. Being a water-dwelling hero, who protects his undersea kingdom, Aquaman could make for an interesting film with politics, intrigue, action, etc. As for Hawkman, I think he's a cool character, visually and conceptually, and a movie featuring him would be great. For those perhaps unaware of the characters, please see the links below. www.comicvine.com/aquaman/29-2357/www.comicvine.com/hawkman/29-8337/Marvel Comics' Spider-Woman is a character who's carved out her own niche over the years and been in some cracking adventures. I'd like to see a movie for her, although I guess some would consider her not as marketable as Spider-Man. marvel.com/universe/Spider-Woman_(Jessica_Drew)Finally, I have read many Dark Horse Comics titles over the years and there is a character called Concrete, who I think would make for an interesting film. www.internationalhero.co.uk/c/concrete.htm

At the top of my own personal wish-list would be the Kree warrior Mar-Vell, better known in the Marvel Universe as the original (by that I mean Marvel's original) Captain Marvel. Done right, it could be as much a sci-fi film as much as a superhero one. His original costume wasn't a superhero costume, but rather a uniform befitting his rank in the Kree military and I would have the film start with how he was sent to Earth to spy on humans in preparation of an invasion. I would feature all the highlights of his career featuring the costume changes, the Jim Starlin Thanos saga, through his later life, retirement and death on Titan. While the comic series was pretty patchy for much of its run, there was some brilliant stuff among it which would make for a great film...it would maybe take a trilogy to fit it all in, though! And the best thing is that if it was successful, it could pave the way for a film version of the Kree-Srull War featuring the Avengers...

Yeah, the word "trilogy" occurred to me, too.
You said the comic series was patchy for much of it's run. I can't argue with that. However, when the comic got it right, it really got it right!
