Not sure these should be here as they're not really comics, but thought they might be of interest. Hidden underneath four ft of books in a second hand bookshop, I found these 60's sci fi mags (they're more like paperbacks in size and shape - sadly I can't scan the insides without destroying them, but it's all text). They're made up of stories from some big name sci fi writers and reader submitted short stories.

Shop owner said he had some more around, so I'm hoping to pick up some more at the weekend, I'll scan them on if anyone's interested.

Don't worry about them not being comics! Any covers are welcome, whether they're comics, magazines, books, even LPs etc. I love seeing old magazine covers like these. This digest-sized magazine is still running today, and I had a few copies of it a long time ago. Never got round to reading them, though! Another title with a similar format was Analog, I'm not sure if it's still being publuished or not, though.

Thanks for letting us see them, Phil. I'd enjoy seeing more if you ever get them!

Yeah, I bought them based purely on the 50s/60s artwork, God only knows when or even if I'll ever get round to reading them. Still they were dirt cheap and look good sitting on my shelf. ;D

My bookshop seems to have found tons of these (along with loads of Analog - I'll start a thread for those later), bought as many as I could carry, here's the first few. Again sorry, but they're going to be coming in drips and drabs.
